Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited uses

TrickyBird is for lawful, personal browsing. You may not use it to do, enable, or hide any of the following:

• Child sexual abuse material, or any sexual content involving minors. We report this to the appropriate authorities and preserve what the law requires.
• Distributing malware, ransomware, or spyware, or running phishing, credential harvesting, or other fraud.
• Infringing copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property, including piracy and the unlicensed redistribution of protected works.
• Circumventing paywalls, logins, authentication, licensing, or digital rights management that you are not authorized to bypass.
• Attacks on other people or services: denial of service, port scanning, brute forcing, credential stuffing, exploiting vulnerabilities, or unauthorized access.
• Sending spam or bulk unsolicited messages, or running high-volume automated traffic we have not agreed to.
• Content or conduct that is illegal where you are or where the target service is, including harassment, threats, stalking, doxxing, and incitement to violence.
• Reaching, or operating from, a destination we are barred from serving by sanctions or export law, or using TrickyBird to evade sanctions or export controls.
• Reselling or relabeling TrickyBird, or running it as an open relay for third parties.

Sanctions and geography

TrickyBird is not offered for use in comprehensively sanctioned places, currently Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine, and may not be used to evade sanctions or export controls.

Enforcement

We can block a request, a target, a session, or a network source at any time, with or without notice, to stop a violation or a credible risk of one. We cooperate with valid legal process as described in our Privacy Policy. TrickyBird has no accounts, so enforcement is by blocking, not by closing an account.

Reporting

Report an acceptable-use violation, such as malware, phishing, or CSAM, to abuse@trickybird.com. Report copyright infringement to dmca@trickybird.com.
