What TrickyBird is for
TrickyBird is a privacy tool that lets you open websites without revealing your browsing activity to the networks around you, provided for lawful, personal use.
Eligibility and age
You must be at least 16 years old to use TrickyBird, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. If you are under 16, do not use it. By using TrickyBird you confirm you meet this requirement.
Acceptable use
Your use of TrickyBird is governed by our Acceptable Use Policy, which is part of these Terms. Read it. Breaking it is a breach of these Terms and can result in your access being blocked.
Provided as-is
TrickyBird is provided as-is and as-available, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, availability, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that any site will load, work, or stay reachable. Your use is at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for the content, conduct, or availability of any site you reach through TrickyBird. TrickyBird is a conduit. The sites you open are not ours, and we do not control or endorse them.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by generally applicable law, and we will try to resolve any dispute informally first. Contact us before taking any other step.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of TrickyBird after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
