Audio site

Unblock Audiomack, from a search to a full song

When an Audiomack page refuses to open, the refusal is coming from the network you are on, not from Audiomack. TrickyBird opens it from a browser tab: paste the address, press Launch, and the site comes up in the same tab through TrickyBird’s own address, with nothing to install and no account to create.

Audiomack is free music streaming, strongest in hip-hop and Afrobeats, where artists put up whole songs, albums, and mixtapes for anyone to play. Filters file that under music and audio streaming and switch the whole category off, which is how Audiomack disappears without anyone deciding anything about Audiomack in particular. The instruction that follows is always to download an app, and on a managed laptop or a phone under someone else’s policy that is the step that fails. China blocks it nationwide: GreatFire has recorded interference with audiomack.com from mainland China since 20 July 2014, and its most recent test, on 29 June 2026, found it 100% blocked.

Everything on this page comes from our own tests. 5 live checks cover the home page, search results, a song page, an artist profile, and the sign-in form, and all 5 pass. A full-length song played signed out, 2 minutes 50 seconds long rather than a 30-second preview. It took 0 gateway changes to get there.

Audiomack in our own tests

All 5 live checks pass: the home page, search results, a song page, an artist profile and the sign-in form all render, and a full-length song played signed out, 2 minutes 50 seconds long rather than a 30-second preview. Link counts matched a direct visit everywhere, and image counts matched it or beat it: 24 of 24 against 23 direct on the home page, 44 of 45 against 42 on the song page, and 163 and 40 exactly level on search and the artist profile. 0 requests left the browser for an audiomack.com host, including on a run with that host blocked outright.

The address here is TrickyBird’s own, never the address of the site you opened

The site loads in the tab, but its address stays out of your URL bar and off the page you see.

How does TrickyBird open Audiomack?

Your browser talks to TrickyBird, and TrickyBird fetches Audiomack for you. It rewrites the HTML, CSS, and JavaScript so every link, thumbnail, and request points back through its own address, and a small script stays in the tab to catch whatever loads as you search or open a song. On every surface we measured, 0 requests from the browser reached an audiomack.com host, so a filter watching for that name has nothing to match.

Audiomack does not put the song’s address in the page. The player asks for it while you listen, so a proxy that only rewrites what is written in the HTML would hand you a page that looks right and plays nothing. That later request goes through TrickyBird too, so the song plays.

We ran all 5 pages again with every direct request to Audiomack’s hosts aborted outright, the way a network that really filters it behaves. Each one came back at the same counts and made 0 direct requests. An open network hides this problem, because a page can finish loading there while still depending on a request a filtered network would refuse.

What works on Audiomack through TrickyBird?

Without an account you get the home page, search, song pages, album and mixtape pages, and artist profiles, and free songs play in full. Search works, which is not a given for a proxied site: a query for an artist came back with the same results as the same search run directly, matching character for character, with the same 163 images loaded.

Nothing installs on your side and TrickyBird has no sign-up, so a managed work laptop that blocks new software can still open the site. You open a web page, which is something those devices already allow. Bandcamp, SoundCloud, and Spotify have pages of their own if your listening is spread around.

TrickyBird is for reaching a public site your network blocks, and for keeping your IP address away from that site. What opens here is Audiomack’s free catalog, played the way Audiomack serves it. It is not a way into an account that is not yours, and not a way past a paywall or copyright.

Is your Audiomack listening private through TrickyBird?

Audiomack sees the connection coming from TrickyBird rather than from your IP address, and the network you are on sees a connection to TrickyBird rather than to Audiomack. The Audiomack name stays out of the URL, off the page, and out of the requests your browser sends, which is the part a filter would otherwise match on.

On our side, the edge keeps a short access log to run the service and stop abuse: a shortened form of your IP address, the hostname of the site you connected to, and basic response details, kept for at most 48 hours. It does not record which songs you played, and there is no TrickyBird account for any of it to attach to. Our privacy page has the full picture.

Questions

Do songs actually play, or does the page just load?

They play. We started a full-length song signed out, 2 minutes 50 seconds long rather than a 30-second preview, and it played. Audiomack does not write the audio address into the page: the player fetches it while you listen, and that request goes through TrickyBird as well, so you hear the song rather than looking at a page that only appears to work.

Does Audiomack search work through TrickyBird?

Yes, and that is not a given for a proxied site. We ran the same artist query directly and through TrickyBird and got the same results page, matching character for character, with the same 163 images loaded. Search is how most people find anything on Audiomack, so a page that renders but cannot search would not be much use.

Do I need an Audiomack account to listen?

No. The home page, search, song pages, album and mixtape pages, and artist profiles all open signed out, and free songs play in full without signing in. TrickyBird has no sign-up of its own either. An account matters for your own playlists and the artists you follow, and that stays between you and Audiomack.

Does it work on a device I cannot install anything on?

Yes. TrickyBird runs in the browser tab you already have, with nothing to download and no admin rights to ask for, so it opens on a managed work laptop or a borrowed computer where a music app or a VPN will not install. The usual instruction when a site is blocked, download something, is exactly what those devices refuse.

Is Audiomack blocked in China?

Yes. GreatFire has recorded interference with audiomack.com from mainland China since 20 July 2014, and its most recent test, on 29 June 2026, found it 100% blocked. That is a national block that has held for years, not a passing outage, so switching to another Wi-Fi network inside the country does not clear it.

Is opening Audiomack through TrickyBird legal?

This is general information, not legal advice. Reaching a public site is usually a question of your network’s or your employer’s rules rather than the law, and those rules differ by place. China, where Audiomack is blocked nationally, is a different situation from a filter at the office. Check the policy you are under, and do not use TrickyBird for piracy or to get past a paywall.
